Refund policy

All Vareneer pieces are produced in limited quantities and may feature intentional variations as part of the design language.

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the case of:

• Major manufacturing defects

• Damaged items received

• Incorrect items shipped

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

Minor variations — including slight print differences, colour variation, loose threads, or hand-finished irregularities — are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Size or fit issues

• Made-to-order or custom pieces

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
